The following Refund Policy outlines the regulatory framework that governs the circumstances and methodologies under which we facilitate refunds. Our objective is to sustain a transparent and harmonious relationship with our valued clientele.

Scope of Policy

This policy is applicable to the broad spectrum of products and services provided by Infoaccords Technologies, which are transacted through our authorized sales channels.

Categories and Eligibility Conditions

IT Consulting & Advisory Services

Refunds for IT Consulting & Advisory services will only be issued if the engagement is terminated before the actual consulting work begins. Notification of such cancellation must occur at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start.

IManaged Services

Refunds for IT Consulting & Advisory services will only be issued if the engagement is terminated before the actual consulting work begins. Notification of such cancellation must occur at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start.

Retail Point of Sale (POS)

Hardware must be returned within 7 days in its original packaging, unopened, and undamaged. Software solutions are refundable within 30 days if the software is uninstalled and all access or license keys are returned.

ERP Solutions

Due to the highly customized nature of ERP Solutions, refunds are only possible if the development process has not commenced.

AIDC Solutions

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided no customization or implementation work has started.

Digital Commerce

Refunds may be requested within 30 days, provided the client has not started using the digital commerce solution for business transactions.

Web & Mobile Development

In the event of project cancellation, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed. The request must be made before the project reaches the halfway mark.

Digital Marketing

Clients may request a refund for the unused portion of digital marketing services within the first 30 days of the service agreement.

Business Process Solutions

For highly customized solutions, refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis prior to the start of the service.

Exclusions

The following are non-refundable:

  • Transaction or administrative fees.
  • Services rendered or partially rendered.
  • Any services or products acquired through unauthorized third-party vendors.

Procedures for Refund Requests

To initiate a refund, send a detailed email to contact@infoaccords.one including:

  • Client’s Full Legal Name
  • Invoice Number
  • Detailed Explanation for Refund Request

Review and Approval

Each request will be scrupulously assessed in compliance with this policy. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.

Policy Modifications

Infoaccords Technologies retains the right to modify or update this Refund Policy. Changes will be prominently displayed on this page.
